Welcome to Velora, offering courses on IT security and digital literacy under domain veluna.top. By registering for any service, product or merchandise, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

• Service: live or scheduled courses on IT security and digital literacy.
• Information Product: digital media such as recorded lectures, manuals, guides.
• Goods: tangible items including branded merchandise or accessories.

3. Fee Policy

All fees are due at time of booking or purchase. Payments may be made via approved channels. Failure to settle any fee may result in suspension of access.

4. Cancellation and Transfer

4.1 Services

Participants may cancel up to 7 days prior to course start for a full refund of fees. Cancellations less than 7 days before start are not eligible for reimbursement but may be transferred to the next available schedule at no extra fee. Transfer requests must be sent via Contact Us before course commencement.

4.2 Information Products

Access to digital materials is granted immediately after purchase. Due to instant access, cancellation or reimbursement is not available once download or viewing begins. Please review product descriptions before purchase.

4.3 Goods

Items may be shipped after purchase. Customers may ship merchandise back within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipment costs. Upon receipt and inspection, fees will be reimbursed via original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Reimbursement Policy

Reimbursement will be processed within 10 business days following approval of eligibility. All reimbursements will be issued through the channel used for payment.

6. Delivery

Services are delivered online or at specified locations. Information products are delivered electronically. Goods are shipped to the address provided at purchase. Delivery times may vary based on location.

7. Limitation of Liability

Velora is not liable for any indirect damages or losses arising in connection with use of its offerings. Total liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the specific service, product or merchandise.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
